Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.

Proven track record of managing large teams (30+ members) and delivering complex projects.

Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Hands-on experience or understanding of:

  • Java-based applications: Core Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs.
  • Automation tools: Selenium, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS.
  • Data engineering: ETL pipelines, SQL, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Certifications (Preferred):

•⁠ ⁠PMP (Project Management Professional)

•⁠ ⁠PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)

•⁠ ⁠Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
